A: We are located at 1132 Westfield Street in West Springfield, MA.

Q: Does Advantage Staffing charge a fee?
A: No, there is never a fee charged to our applicants or employees for our services.

Q: Does Advantage Staffing offer only temporary positions?
A: No, we also offer temp-to-hire and direct hire placement services.

Q: Does Advantage Staffing offer employee benefits?
A: Yes. We offer benefits to our employees based on number of hours worked which vary depending on the particular benefit, such as health insurance and direct deposit.

Q: What two forms of ID are needed to work for Advantage Staffing?
A: A state-issued picture ID (driver’s license or State ID) AND either a social security card or birth certificate is required. An unexpired U.S. Passport is also acceptable. If you need specific authorization to work in the U.S., you will need to bring that as well.

Q: Do I need an appointment to register for work with Advantage Staffing?
A: While calling ahead is always appreciated, we now accept walk-ins from 9AM-11AM and 1PM-3PM weekdays. Contact us by email or call us (413) 737-3801 to schedule an appointment.

Q: Do I need a High School diploma or a GED to register with Advantage Staffing?
A: No, but if you do have a diploma or GED, bring a copy with you to your registration appointment for your employee file.
